May 9, 2009

I just discovered this author this morning and am hoping to participate in her blog tour. 🙂

Her name is Jennifer Haymore and she writes historical romance. Her debut book, A Hint of Wicked, releases May 26, 2009!

Here’s a look at the beautiful cover…

A Hint of Wicked

I know… isn’t it gorgeous?! 😀

Sophie, the Duchess of Calton, has finally moved on. After seven years mourning the loss of her husband, Garrett, at Waterloo, she has married his best friend and heir, Tristan. Sophie gives herself to him body and soul…until the day Garrett returns from the Continent, demanding his title, his lands—and his wife.

Now Sophie must choose between her first love and her new love, knowing that no matter what, her choice will destroy one of the men she adores. Will it be Garrett, her childhood sweetheart, whose loss nearly destroyed her once already? Or will it be Tristan, beloved friend turned lover, who supported her through the last, dark years and introduced her to a passion she had never known? As her two husbands battle for her heart, Sophie finds herself immersed in a dangerous game—where the stakes are not only love…but life and death.”

What can be better then 2 loves fighting for your love? Sounds like it’s going to be a great story! I’ve just got to get my hands on it…

  1. Sounds good but first my heart went out the Garrett when reading the blurb. Then to Tristan. Terrible two men that love her and she has to make a choice.

Then my mind went to the “well where has Garrett been and is he really the man who left” theory.

    Yeah definitely interested.

  2. I love finding new great authors. I just discovered one myself… Errollynne Peters and just finished reading her latest book “Cornfield Heiress…” which turned out to be a great memoir of the most magnificent life filled with romance, excitement, power, and sadness. Now I am going to have to check out Jennifer Haymore’s books. Thanks for the great tip!
